Membrane filter press consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material. When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirement about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the need.

 

 

Working principle:

 

Membrane filter press’s filtration chamber is composed of membrane plates and van plate. The feeding pump press the slurry to enter the filter chamber, then, the solid and the liquid in the slurry are separated through the filter media(filter cloth). When the slurry has been formed to be a solid cake, gas will be guided into septum, giving enough pressure to solid and lowering its water content. It has unique effects to viscous materials and materials with high moisture content.

 

 

Structure characteristics:

 

It reinforced polypropylene filter plate is made through modeled pressing, and its membrane and polypropylene panels are inlaid together, therefore, it is solid and long using life. These systems adopt automatic keeping pressure, automatic drawing board and quick program functions. It is simple, safe and saving-effort, because you can make its connecting works by pressing the control panel buttons and it has various safety devices.
